I renewed my lease again! I have everything I need within walking distance at Thornton Place. I know most of my neighbors, and the leasing office folks are always so helpful!

The location for me is excellent: close to family and public transit while still providing a quieter space away from the city center. The apartment layout is a bit unconventional, but everything works well together, and the guest suite has been a fantastic amenity for visiting family. Maintenance has been reliable and responsive whenever issues arise. The leasing office stands out for their positive attitude and quick communication. Though costs have increased, I'd still recommend this location.

Great location, even better staff. Leif and Kiki in the leasing office are really great- even my dogs love them. Grounds are well kept, building feels very safe.

It was a very smooth experience, from moving in, to getting everything set up in our new house. To add to it, amenties are fantastic and easy to use as well

Honestly very happy, couldn’t be more pleased. Great view, good people, and I feel very safe. I don’t have any major issues to speak of and I’ve been enjoying seeing the events

I love living at Thornton Place! It really feels like community. I know most of my neighbors and all my shopping and dining options are so close!

My wife and I have lived here 10 years, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are great amenities and all of places that we need to go are very close in proximity. We also have nice neighbors.

So far everything has been as advertised and the place is quiet and clean. Ameneties are great and I'm enjoying my time here. I also appreciate the staff at the leasing office for making this a seamless transition.

Our tour was very extensive and thorough, Leif is great! Our unit has a great layout, minimal damages, and was very clean when we moved in. Move-in itself was seamless and borrowing a dolly made a huge difference.

Seems like there is a lot of turn over in residents. It would be nice if rent wasn’t jacked up so high forcing residents out. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to people moving out and they want to stay but can’t afford the hikes

Resident experience has been amazing, everything works clockwork, requiring minimum human intervention. Resident experience has been easy to use, has a great UI, easy to find what you look for

The staff is generally great, but the Greystar contractors leave a lot to be desired. While the staff often effectively communicates upcoming changes or disruptions to the community, contractors frequently modify their plans, leaving residents scrambling to adapt. Additionally, some common area maintenance concerns can take a while to address. Despite these issues, the rest of the staff is great, the location is nice, and the price is fair for Seattle.

Great leasing application process. The building is well-maintained, and the units are clean and modern. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants.

I am very happy with the community here at Thornton Place. I have looked at all of the new communities that have opened that surround the area. None of them have fireplaces, patios or entrances that are not like a hotel where you walk down a long hallway. I travel for work so when I am home I don’t want constant traffic past my door. I enjoy my apartment enough that if it were to ever be sold as a townhome I would purchase it. I love the amenities, the community events that are held and the updating of common areas to best meet the wants/needs of the residents.

The building and grounds are incredibly nice, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding area is very walkable/bikeable, and with the rail station so nearby, you can get just about anywhere in the city easily.

It's a very quiet community. I like how efficient the maintenance staff is and how helpful Kiki is in helping me with all the move-in related questions. I enjoy living here.

Both leasing and maintenance have been great! Leasing is always friendly and makes time to talk. Maintenance always comes and resolved issues quickly. Excited to see the updated common area.

Just recently moved here and so far everything/everyone has been amazing. The leasing office (management) has been extremely kind and helpful during the move in process. We are very excited to be living here A+ staff A+ location A+ amenities

I moved into my apartment Dec. 9 and I love being here! I was impressed with the cleanliness of everything when I moved in. I continue to be impressed with everyone in the Leasing Office. They are truly caring individuals. Everyone I have encountered (maintenance, security personnel, a few of my new neighbors) have been friendly and helpful. Lastly, I am impressed with how clean the outside areas are maintained. Moving here was a great decision for me!
