What's the transit fun package?

Well, with our location right next to the Northgate Transit Center and with Zipcars in the neighborhood, we have devised a way for you to leave the car at home. Early Thornton Place residents will receive:

• $20 a month toward a METRO transit pass for the length of a lease, up to 12 months.
• $35 application fee for Zipcar – Paid!
• $50 annual fee for Zipcar – Paid!
