Lease Terms: Thornton Place offers 12 month apartment leases.
Parking: With over 800 parking stalls, you'll never be at a loss for a parking spot. Parking is $70 per month per vehicle. Electric cars can be accommodated too! And, if you'd like to live car-free, METRO and Sound Transit visit the Transit Center next door – all day and all night. Or join Zipcar and have wheels without parking fees.
Deposits and Fees:
- Application Fee: $36.50 per applicant (for credit check)
- Security Deposit - $250 refundable, $250 non-refundable
- Pet Fee - $200 non-refundable fee per pet (up to 2 pets are allowed); Pet Deposit: $250 refundable deposit.
